Eligibility |
Any private teacher who purchases $300 or more before tax on their personal account is eligible (karaoke rental fees excluded). |

To Receive Rebate |
Teachers must submit a 10% Discount Request Form (DRF) at anytime after the account is setup and active. (Request forms are available by mail or at The Music Rack.) Upon submission of the DRF, a 10% discount will be applied to your account as long as the account is paid in full with the minimum of accumulated total purchase of $300.00. Receipts are not required. |

Account Review |
The Music Rack will review any qualifying account periodically to verify its status (whether the discount should continue or be disqualified and removed). |

To Continue 10% Discount |
A 10% discount will apply to any qualifying account as long as it remains active. (To remain active, total qualified purchases before tax must equal $300 or more per year.) |

Disqualification |
Failure to meet the minimum purchase requirements for the 12-month qualifying period will result in the loss of the 10% discount for the following year.

Reinstatement |
If the total accumulation of purchases within a 12-month review period is $300, the 10% discount will be reinstated. |
METHOD OF PAYMENT
After the first purchase with the account, you have the opportunity to charge purchases for future payment. Statements will be sent by email (paperless billing) unless otherwise requested and noted on your account. Statements are sent on the 1st day of the following month; payment is due by the 10th day. At the time of purchase, we accept cash, checks, or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). We ask that invoiced statements be paid with cash or check.
