Eligibility	Any private teacher who purchases $300 or more before tax on their personal account during a 12-month period is eligible (karaoke rental fees excluded). The teacher designates which 12-month period applies.
To Receive Rebate	Teachers must submit a Written Rebate Request (WRR) no later than 60 days following the month of their designated rebate period. (Request forms are available by mail or at The Music Rack.) Upon submission of the WRR, a 10% rebate will be credited to your account as long as the account is paid in full up to, and through, the last month of the designated rebate period. If purchases were previously discounted, a second discount is not given. Receipts are not required.
To Continue 10% Discount	A 10% discount will apply to any qualifying account as along as it remains active during successive one-year periods. (To remain active, total qualified purchases before tax must equal $300 or more per year.)
Disqualification	Failure to meet the minimum purchase requirements for the 12-month qualifying period will result in the loss of the 10% discount for the following year.
Reinstatement	Purchasing the required $300 within a 12-month period re-qualifies any private teacher.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

After the first purchase with the account, you have the opportunity to charge purchases for future payment. Statements will be sent by email (paperless billing) unless otherwise requested and noted on your account. Statements are sent on the 1st day of the following month; payment is due by the 10th day. At the time of purchase, we accept cash, checks, or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). We ask that invoiced statements be paid with cash or check.
